It is necessary to keep your mind sharp and supple. Read a good book. Learn a new language. Build your vocabulary. Learn something new that you find interesting or useful to you. You cease to grow once you stop learning. Learning is never a waste of time. It will sure fetch huge dividends.
HAVE I MADE HEALTHIER CHOICES?
You health is your responsibility, so get out and do some running. Or hit the gym; anything that you can do within your schedule. Feel like you want to do a little boxing, just 15 minutes a day is better than spending your day inactively! Avoiding unhealthy food habits is a healthier choice as well.
