Ralph Lauren proves that he is still the go-to man for gorgeous wares
Trust Ralph Lauren to turn a Riviera sojourn into a sophisticated outing of cable-knit sweaters, bateau-printed evening dress and nautical maillots. Subdued elegance is never forgotten, even in the presence of leather and flashes of skin.
The highlight of the collection was undoubtedly the seemingly endless parade of gorgeous eveningwear in every imaginable jewel tone. You’ll easily be forgiven for thinking this was a showcase for the Hamptons.
Tame but oh-so classy. Kudos, Lauren!
