B Razz Mojito


1-2 oz Raspberry Rum
12 sprigs of mint
8 raspberry
¼ line (cut into wedges)
1 tbsp Simple Syrup
Club Soda
Garnish – mint

​ ​Lightly muddle raspberry, mint and lime in a highball glass
​ ​Fill with ice, then add raspberry rum and stir
​ ​Add simple syrup, then fill with club soda, and stir again
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
Serve in a highball glass


Apricot Blush

1-2 oz Vanilla Vodka
¾ oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
½ Apricot (sliced)
½ plum (sliced)
2 sprigs mint
Chilled Prosecco
Garnish – plum, apricot, mint

Muddle mint, apricot, plum and sweet and sour mix in the bottom of a Collins glass
​ ​Fill with crushed ice, then add vanilla vodka and apricot brandy
Top with prosecco and stir gently, then garnish with more mint
Serve in a Collins glass
